The IHS: Processed Animal Manure Products contains specific import requirements. These are the rules to manage the biosecurity risk of importing mushroom growing medium containing horse and chicken manure manufactured in the Netherlands that can meet the requirements of the IHS and in doing so meet New Zealand's appropriated level of protection.
