Draft resolution (Consulta Publica) number 288, 3 February 2017, regarding the active ingredient E19 - Etofenprox of the monograph list of active ingredients for pesticides, household cleaning products and wood preservers, published by Resolution - RE n° 165 of 29 August 2003, on the Brazilian Official Gazette (DOU - Diário Oficial da União) of 2 September 2003

This Draft resolution incorporates the following changes for the active ingredient E19 - Etofenprox from the Relation of Monographies of Active Ingredients of Pesticides, Household Cleaning Products and Wood Preservers:
- Change of safety security period from ten to seven days for apple culture;
- Change of safety security period from seven to three days for grape culture; and
- Inclusion of new cultures (pumpkin, zucchini, broccoli, chayote, kale, Chinese cabbage, Brussels sprouts, cauliflower, maxixe, cucumber, cabbage, potato and watermelon) with MRL (of 0,1; 0,1; 0,02; 0,1; 0,02; 0,02; 0,02; 0,02; 0,1; 0,1; 0,02; 0,03 and 0,1 mg/kg respectively) and safety security period (of three days except for potato and watermelon for which this period is of seven days and one day respectively).
