Draft resolution (Consulta Publica) number 294, 8 February 2017, regarding the active ingredient A54 - AZADIRACTINA (AZADIRACHTIN) of the monograph list of active ingredients for pesticides, household cleaning products and wood preservers, published by Resolution - RE n° 165 of 29 August 2003, on the Brazilian Official Gazette (DOU - Diário Oficial da União) of 2 September 2003

This Draft resolution incorporates the following changes for the active ingredient A54 - AZADIRACHTIN from the Relation of Monographies of Active Ingredients of Pesticides, Household Cleaning Products and Wood Preservers:
- Inclusion of (garlic, potato, sweet potato, Yacon potato, sugar beet, cará, onion, shallot, ginger, yam, cassava/manioc, mandioquinha-salsa, turnip and radish) with no restrictions for both MRL and safety security period for foliar use (application); and
- Inclusion of sugar cane culture with no restrictions for both MRL and safety security period for application on the furrow.
