Draft resolution (Consulta Publica) number 338, 28 April 2017, regarding the active ingredient D27 - 2,4D of the monograph list of active ingredients for pesticides, household cleaning products and wood preservers, published by Resolution - RE n°165 of 29 August 2003, on the Brazilian Official Gazette (DOU - Diário Oficial da União) of 2 September 2003

This Draft resolution includes the culture of genetically modified corn for post emergency use that expresses resistance to 2,4D with safety security period of 70 days and keeping the same MRL already determined for the corn culture, and inclusion of genetically modified soybean culture that expresses resistance to 2,4D with safety security period of 56 days and keeping the same MRL already determined for the soybean culture, for the active ingredient D27 - 2,4D from the Relation of Monographies of Active Ingredients of Pesticides, Household Cleaning Products and Wood Preservers.
