Draft resolution (Consulta Publica) number 334, 26 April 2017, regarding the active ingredient C58 ALPHA-CYPERMETHRIN of the monograph list of active ingredients for pesticides, household cleaning products and wood preservers, published by Resolution - RE n°165 of 29 August 2003, on the Brazilian Official Gazette (DOU - Diário Oficial da União) of 2 September 2003

This Draft resolution incorporates the following changes for the active ingredient C58 ALPHA-CYPERMETHRIN from the Relation of Monographies of Active Ingredients of Pesticides, Household Cleaning Products and Wood Preservers:
- Change MRL from 0,01 mg/kg to 0,03 mg/kg and safety security period from 15 to 45 days, on the foliar use (application), for cotton culture;
- Change safety security period from 21 to 30 days (MRL remains 0,01 mg/kg), on the foliar use (application), for corn and millet cultures;
- Change MRL from 0,01 mg/kg to 0,05 mg/kg and safety security period from 14 to 30 days, on the foliar use (application), for oatmeal culture;
- Change MRL from 0,04 mg/kg to 0,5 mg/kg and safety security period from 14 to 30 days, on the foliar use (application), for barley culture;
- Change MRL from 0,05 mg/kg to 0,5 mg/kg and safety security period from 14 to 30 days, on the foliar use (application), for wheat, rye and triticale cultures.
