The Bureau of Animal Industry (BAI) issued Memorandum Circular (MC) No. 03, Series of 2017 which provides for the requirements and procedures for exporting meat into the Philippines as prescribed under Food Safety Act of 2013 and Joint Department of Agriculture (DA) and Department of Health (DOH) Administrative Order No. 2015-0007 issued on 20 February 2015.
