Draft resolution (Consulta Publica) number 377, 22 August 2017, regarding the active ingredient P53 - PROTIOCONAZOLE of the monograph list of active ingredients for pesticides, household cleaning products and wood preservers, published by Resolution - RE n° 165 of 29 August 2003, on the Brazilian Official Gazette (DOU - Diário Oficial da União) of 2 September 2003

Inclusion of barley and sunflower cultures, for the foliar use (application), with MRL of 0.3 and 2 mg/kg respectively and safety security period of 30 days for both cultures; change MRL from 0.05 and 0.01 mg/kg to 0.2 and 0.03 mg/kg for soybean and wheat cultures respectively; modification of the safety security period for the wheat culture from 20 days to 30 days, keeping the same safety security period for soybean culture for the active ingredient P53 - PROTIOCONAZOLE in the Relation of Monographies of Active Ingredients of Pesticides, Household Cleaning Products and Wood Preservers.
