The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia/The Cooperation Council for the Arab States of the Gulf draft Technical Regulation for "Vegetable Fat Spreads and Blended Spreads"

This draft technical regulation applies to vegetable fats and fat mixtures containing: fat content of not less than 10% and not more than 90%. This regulation does not apply to: i) milk-derived fat and/or milk products to which other substances necessary for manufacture are added; and ii) products with a fat content less than 10% and higher than 90% in butter and dairy fats.
