Philippine National Standard - Live, Fresh-chilled and Fresh-frozen Tilapia

This standard applies to Tilapia species of the Cichlidae family prepared and marketed  live, chilled or frozen, intended for human consumption. The product can be presented in the following forms: (i) live; (ii) whole; (iii) whole, gutted; (iv) fillet.
