Description
This standard applies to milkfish (Chanos chanos, Forskal) prepared and marketed chilled or frozen, intended for human consumption. The product can be presented in the following forms: (i) whole; (ii) whole-gutted; (iii) fresh deboned (seasoned and unseasoned); (iv) choice cuts (seasoned and unseasoned).
