This order provides the rationale and the conditions in instituting this measure lifting the temporary ban on the importation of domestic and wild birds and their products including poultry meat, day-old chicks, eggs and semen originating from Jihomoravsky, Stredocesky and Jihocesky, Czech Republic.Based on the final report submitted by Dr Zbynek Semerad, Director General, State Veterinary Administration, Veterinary Administration, Prague, Czech Republic to the World Organization for Animal Health, the Highly Pathogenic Avian Influenza (HPAI) events in the Czech Republic are now closed and resolved.
