Lifting of the temporary ban on the importation of domestic and wild birds and their products including poultry meat, day-old chicks, eggs, from Dobrich and Haskovo provinces in Bulgaria to the United Arab Emirates

The United Arab Emirates is lifting the ban on the importation of domestic and wild birds and their products including poultry meat, day-old chicks and eggs originating from Dobrich and Haskovo provinces in Bulgaria. This follows the publishing of the Final report (Follow-up report No. 3) of Highly Pathogenic Avian Influenza in Bulgaria on 26 February 2018, and in compliance with Article 10.4.4, Chapter 10.4 of the OIE Terrestrial Animal Health Code.
