GCC Guide for Control on Imported Foods

In 2011, Oman notified WTO (SPS) about this Guide (G/SPS/N/OMN/44).
Due to comments from many WTO Members, Oman submitted G/SPS/N/OMN/44/Rev.1/Add.1 on 9 January 2017. Subsequently, this Guide had been reviewed by GCC Food Safety Committee and modified accordingly. The version of the Guide referred to in G/SPS/N/OMN/44/Rev.1/Add.1 has been adopted by all GCC countries. This Guide has been implemented and its entry into force has been delayed and has not yet been determined.
