Draft of the Eurasian Economic Commission Council Decision on amendments to the Common list of plant quarantine objects of the Eurasian Economic Union

The Draft provides for the addition of the Common list of plant quarantine objects of the Eurasian Economic Union approved by the Eurasian Economic Commission Council Decision from 30 November 2016 No. 158, including dwarf smut of wheat (Tilletia controversa Kuhn). The Draft also provides for the changes related to the quarantine objects systematics, authorship and clean-up.
