Description
The Philippine National Standard (PNS) Code of Hygienic Practice for Processing and Handling of Corn Grits (PNS/BAFS 142:2015) aims to provide guidance for the processing, handling and storage of quality corn grits in order to prevent the risk of contamination and infestation of the said product with hazards like aflatoxin, heavy metals and pesticide residues.
