Description
Pursuant to DA Memorandum Circular No. 12 dated 2 June 2017, entitled "Importation Procedures for Live Animals into the Philippines", the following provisions are hereby issued for clarity:
1. Live animals shall include Hatching eggs, Genetic Materials (Semen, Embryo and Ova);
2. Wild animals shall include exotic birds, etc.
