Draft resolution No. 742, 12 November 2019, regarding the active ingredient C55 - COMPOSTOS A BASE DE COBRE (copper hydroxide) of the Monograph List of Active Ingredients for Pesticides, Household Cleaning Products and Wood Preservers, published by Resolution - RE No. 165 of 29 August 2003, on the Brazilian Official Gazette (DOU - Diário Oficial da União) of 2 September 2003

This draft resolution incorporates the following changes for the active ingredient C55 - COMPOSTOS A BASE DE COBRE (copper hydroxide) from the Relation of Monographies of Active Ingredients of Pesticides, Household Cleaning Products and Wood Preservers, all in the modality of foliar use (application):
-includes the pineapple, acai, barbados cherry, soursop, olive, sweet potato, yacon, greater yam, star fruit, Brazil nuts, shallot, cupuacu, chayote, raspberry, ginger, guarana, yams, kiwi, macadamia nuts, cassava, arracacha, mangaba, gherkin, bilberry, surinam cherry, peach palm, radish, pomegranate and purple mumbim cultures with MRL and safety security period "without restrictions" and the ornamental cultures with MRL and safety security period of "Non-food use".
