Description
The Draft Normative Instruction number 541, 17 July 2018, provisions on the microbiological criteria of safety and hygiene for food and its application – previously notified through G/SPS/N/BRA/1430 – which proposes the revision of the Collegiate Board of Directors – RDC nº 12 of 2001 that lays down technical regulation about microbiological standards for food, was adopted as Resolution - RDC number 331, 23 December 2019.The final text is available only in Portuguese and can be downloaded at:
