Resolution – RDC number 332, 23 December 2019, regarding the use of industrial trans fats in foods

This Resolution defines requirements for use of industrial trans fats in all kinds of foods, including drinks, ingredients, additives, technology adjuvants, including those exclusively destinated to industrial processing and food services. This regulation will be also notified to the TBT committee.
