Import Health Standard for Zoo Marsupials and Monotremes

The Ministry for Primary Industries (MPI) has drafted the Import Health Standard for Zoo Marsupials and Monotremes.The standard allows for all species of marsupials and monotremes holding a containment approval by the Environmental Protection Authority into containment to be imported from Australia.Further information can be found in the Risk Management Proposal.
