Department of Agriculture Memorandum Order No. 46 Series of 2020 Temporary Ban on the Importation of Domestic and Wild Horses Including Semen, Oocytes or Embryos from Malaysia

The Order bans the importation of domestic and wild horses including semen, oocytes or embryos from Malaysia.  It also immediately suspends the processing, evaluation of the application and issuance of SPS import clearance of the said goods.  All shipments of the said goods into the country shall be stopped and confiscated by DA Quarantine Officers/Inspectors at all ports. The Order was signed on 15 September 2020.
