Normative Instruction (Instrução Normativa) Nº 96, of 25 September 2020. Amends Normative Instruction SDA / MAPA No. 29, of 2 June 2020, which establishes the phytosanitary requirements for the import of grains (Category 3, Class 9) of wheat (Triticum aestivum) produced in Lithuania.

Art. 1 Item II, art 3 of Normative Instruction SDA / MAPA Nº 29, of 2 June 2020, published in the D.O.U. Nº 111, of 12/6/2020, Section I, p. 18, which becomes effective with the following wording:

"Art. 3 ..........................

II - "The shipment is free from the insects Ptinus fur, Sitodiplosis mosellana, Sitophilus granarius and Stegobium paniceum; from the nematode Anguina tritici; from the fungiFusarium langsethiaeeUrocystis agropyriCirsium arvense, Crepis tectorum, Elymus repens, Erysimum cheiranthoides, Euphorbia esula, Euphorbia helioscopy, Galeopsis speciosa, Galeopsis tetrahit, Heliotropium europaeum, Hibiscus trionum, Impatiens glandulifera, Pylellapharmacy, Pylellaella, with the results of the official laboratory analysis at (). "
Art. 2 This Normative Instruction takes effect on 3 November 2020.
