The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia/The Cooperation Council for the Arab States of the Gulf draft Technical Regulation for Salad Dressing

This draft technical regulation applies to salad dressing, emulsified sauce and dipping sauce that are prepared for direct human consumption. This standard does not cover non-emulsified sauces such as tomato sauce, cheese sauce, barbeque sauce, sweet and or chili pepper sauce, and water – based sauces (such as Fish sauce and Oyster sauce).
