Description
The Order, signed on 23 March 2021, institutes the following emergency measures for the importation of domestic and wild birds and their products from Denmark:
1) Moratorium on any application of Denmark as an accredited importer of domestic and wild birds and their products, including poultry meat, day-old chicks, eggs, and semen;
2) Ban on the importation of the above-stated commodities; and
3) Stoppage and confiscation of all shipments of the above-stated commodities into the country by all DA Veterinary Quarantine Officers/Inpectors at all major ports.
