Inclusion of grape culture with no MRL and safety security period, due to the natural presence on the plants, for the active ingredient A60 - ABISCISIC ACID from the Relation of Monographies of Active Ingredients of Pesticides, Household Cleaning Products and Wood Preservers.

This resolution changes the Ministerial Order SVS/MS No. 36 of 13 January 1998, which approved the sanitary measure on cereal-based foods intended for infant feeding to allow the use of other ingredients, provided that safety and suitability for feeding infants above six months and for infants are confirmed, as required by Resolution 17 of 30 April 1999.

The Regulation nº 28, issued on Brazilian Official Gazette on 9 August 2017 (Instrução Normativa nº 28, publicada no Diário Oficial da União em 9 de agosto de 2017) approves the technical regulation regarding production and quality control of Tuberculin Purified Protein Derivative (PPD).

This addendum includes the following documents:- Regulation nº 1 "Ofício-Circular nº 1", issued on 16 January 2017 (Their attachments were notified in G/SPS/N/BRA/1214/Add.2);- Regulation nº 4 "Ofício-Circular nº 4", issued on 7 July 2017. The Department of Inspection of Animal Products – DIPOA/SDA/MAPA notifies that since 18 January 2017 the registration of animal products is been carried out in a PGA system, Agricultural Management Platform, in the module PGA / SIGSIF. The notified legislation (Decree No. 9.013, issued on Brazilian Official Gazette on 30 March 2017 and Decree No. 9.069, issued on Brazilian Official Gazette on 1 June 2017) provides the Regulation for the industrial and sanitary inspection of animal products.

Authorization of the household application of the active ingredient B31 - BACILLUS SPHAERICUS in the Relation of Monographies of Active Ingredients of Pesticides, Household Cleaning Products and Wood Preservers as follows:  - free sale for the concentrated suspension formulation on the concentration of 5% w.w at 1700 ITU/mg as potency; - amateur gardening for the concentrated suspension formulation on the concentration of 5% w.w at 1700 ITU/mg as potency.

This Addendum aims to add the category "other animal species" to the previous notified document in which the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Food Supply - MAPA established the categories of animal products to be adopted for foreign establishments interested in export to Brazil. Remove the citrus culture for the foliar and soil use (application) of the active ingredient C26 - CARBOSULFAN in the Relation of Monographies of Active Ingredients of Pesticides, Household Cleaning Products and Wood Preservers.

Changes MRL from 0.1 to 0.2 mg/kg and safety security period remain with 7 days for the foliar use (application), for cucumber, pumpkin, zucchini, chayote, maxixe, pepper, eggplants, jilo, chili and okra cultures; changes MRL from 0.1 mg/kg para 0.2 mg/kg and safety security period remain with 14 days for the foliar use (application), for sunflower,  canola, sesame and linseed cultures, for the active ingredient F36 - FLUTRIAFOL from the Relation of Monographies of Active Ingredients of Pesticides, Household Cleaning Products and Wood Preservers.

Inclusion of bean culture with MRL of 0.005 mg/kg and safety security period "not determined due to the mode of use" for seeds use (application) for the active ingredient A18 - ABAMECTIN in the Relation of Monographies of Active Ingredients of Pesticides, Household Cleaning Products and Wood Preservers.

This Draft Resolution provides for food additives authorized for use in meat and meat products. The food additives authorized for use in meat and meat products, their respective functions, maximum limits and conditions of use are listed in the Annex of this Resolution. Food additives shall comply with the most current specifications established by the Joint FAO/WHO Expert Committee on Food Additives (JECFA) or the Food Chemicals Codex (FCC).This resolution revokes the following provisions:- Ministerial Order SVS/MS Nº 1002, of 11 December 1998, which lists the products, marketed in the country in the subcategories that are part of Category 8 - Meats and Products;- Ministerial Order Nº 1004, dated 11 December 1998, which approves the technical regulation: "Assignment of role of additives, additives and their maximum limits of use for Category 8 - Meat and Products";- RDC Nº 28 of 23 February 2001, approving the extension of use of natamycin (pimaricin) (INS 235) as a preservative for the treatment of embedded meat products; - RDC Nº 179 of 17 October 2001 approving the extension of use of additives INS 451i sodium tripolyphosphate and INS 466 sodium carboxymethylcellulose as stabilizers in meat products.

Authorization of the household application for professional use (specialized companies) and public health campaign for the granulated formulation on the concentration of 0.2% w/w for the active ingredient N09 - Novalurom in the Relation of Monographies of Active Ingredients of Pesticides, Household Cleaning Products and Wood Preservers.

Authorization of the household application for the formulation as helix (spiral) on the concentration of 0.03% w/w for the active ingredient M44 – Metoflutrina from the Relation of Monographies of Active Ingredients of Pesticides, Household Cleaning Products and Wood Preservers.

Inclusion of pre emergency foliar use (application) for the soybean culture with MRL of 0.05 mg/kg and safety security period not determined due the mode of use for the active ingredient C29.1 - CHLORIMUROMN-ETHYL in the Relation of Monographies of Active Ingredients of Pesticides, Household Cleaning Products and Wood Preservers.

Changes MRL from 2.0 to 4.0 mg/kg for grazing culture for the foliar use (application), for the active ingredient I13 - IMIDACLOPRID from the Relation of Monographies of Active Ingredients of Pesticides, Household Cleaning Products and Wood Preservers.

Inclusion of oatmeal, rye, barley, millet, sorghum, wheat and triticale cultures with MRL of 0.06; 0.06; 0.06; 0.4; 0.4; 0.06 and 0.06 mg/kg respectively and safety security period of 15 days for oatmeal, rye, barley, wheat and triticale and safety security period of seven days for millet and sorghum for the active ingredient F28 - FENPROPATHRIN in the Relation of Monographies of Active Ingredients of Pesticides, Household Cleaning Products and Wood Preservers.

Inclusion of sugarcane culture for the foliar use (application), with MRL of 0.07 mg/kg and safety security period of 60 days and eucalypt culture for the foliar use (application), for nonfood use, for the active ingredient M02 - MANCOZEB in the Relation of Monographies of Active Ingredients of Pesticides, Household Cleaning Products and Wood Preservers.

Inclusion of grazing cultures for the foliar use (application), with MRL of 1 mg/kg and safety security period of three days; inclusion of rose culture with no MRL and no safety security period established due to non-food use for the active ingredient A29 - ACETAMIPRID in the Relation of Monographies of Active Ingredients of Pesticides, Household Cleaning Products and Wood Preservers.

Changes MRL from 0.01 to 0.05 mg/kg for melon and watermelon cultures for the foliar use (application) and remain with the same safety security period of three days for the active ingredient C63 - LAMBDA-CYHALOTHRIN from the Relation of Monographies of Active Ingredients of Pesticides, Household Cleaning Products and Wood Preservers.

Inclusion of grazing culture for the foliar use (application), with MRL of 5 mg/kg and safety security period of three days for the active ingredient C58 - ALPHA-CYPERMETHRIN in the Relation of Monographies of Active Ingredients of Pesticides, Household Cleaning Products and Wood Preservers.
