Phytosanitary import requirements for avocado (Persea americana) according to the country of destination and origin, to be applied in the commercial exchange between States Parties. Resolution approved by MERCOSUR/GMC/RES. Nº 21/18.

The Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Food Supply of Brazil has described procedures that must be followed to operate cadastral updates of the producer/manufacturer establishments of animal products exported to Brazil.

It submits to public consultation a draft of Phytosanitary Import Requirements for fruits (Category 3, Class 4) and plants products intended for propagation or reproduction (Category 4, Class 1).

The notified document submits a draft of Animal Health Requirements for Exportation of Ornamental Fish to Brazil and the new Model of International Veterinary Certificate.

This Resolution authorizes the use of food additives and technology adjuvants in various categories of food.

Establish the food additives and adjuvants authorized for use in fish and fish products.

Extend for 30 days the comment period.

This Draft resolution incorporates the following changes for the active ingredient T32 - TEBUCONAZOL (tebuconazole) from the Relation of Monographies of Active Ingredients of Pesticides, Household Cleaning Products and Wood Preservers, all in the modality of foliar use (application):- changes the safety security period from 35 to 30 days for oat, rye, barley and wheat cultures; - includes lawn culture with MRL and safety security period of "non feed use".

This Draft resolution incorporates the following changes for the active ingredient M15 – METIRAM from the Relation of Monographies of Active Ingredients of Pesticides, Household Cleaning Products and Wood Preservers, all in the modality of foliar use (application):- includes soya culture with MRL of 0.3 mg/kg and safety security period of 21 days;- includes eucalyptus culture with MRL and safety security period of "non feed use".

This Draft resolution incorporates the following changes for the active ingredient F49 – FLUDIOXONIL from the Relation of Monographies of Active Ingredients of Pesticides, Household Cleaning Products and Wood Preservers, in the modalities of foliar or seed use (application):- includes lettuce, cotton, garlic, onion, citrus, bean, sunflower, strawberries, peach, rose, soya, tomato and grapes cultures with MRL of 5.0 mg/kg, 0.05 mg/kg, 3.0 mg/kg, 0.07 mg/kg, 0.3 mg/kg, 0.5 mg/kg, 0.2 mg/kg, 0.5 mg/kg, 0.5 mg/kg , "non feed use", 0.2 mg/kg, 0.3 mg/kg, 3.0 mg/kg, respectively and safety security period of 7 days, 3 days, 5 days, 21 days, 1 day, 7 days, 30 days, 2 days, 3 days.

This Draft resolution proposes the inclusion of active ingredient C77 – Cordyceps fumosorosea as microbiological insecticide in the Relation of Monographies of Active Ingredients of Pesticides, Household Cleaning Products and Wood Preservers, and proposes the following changes.

This Draft resolution incorporates the following changes for the active ingredient C47 – CIPRODINIL (cyprodinil) from the Relation of Monographies of Active Ingredients of Pesticides, Household Cleaning Products and Wood Preservers, all in the modality of foliar use (application) (garlic in the modality of seed use (application)):- includes lettuce, garlic, citrus, strawberry, peach and grape cultures with MRL of 3.0 mg/kg, 5.0 mg/kg, 0.5 mg/kg, 1.0 mg/kg, 1.0 mg/kg, 2.0 mg/kg, respectively and safety security period of 3 days, not determinated, 3 days, 1 day, 7 days and 3 days, respectively;- changes the safety security period from 7 to 5 days for bean culture; - changes the MRL from 0.5mg/kg and the safety security period from 7 to 2 days for tomato culture.

This Resolution internalizes the Resolution GMC/MERCOSUR nº 63/18, establishing the food aditives authorized for use in meat and meat products, their respective functions, maximum limits and use conditions, according to its annex.

This Draft resolution incorporates the following changes for the active ingredient F42.1 – FLUROXIPIR-MEPTÍLICO (fluroxypyr) from the Relation of Monographies of Active Ingredients of Pesticides, Household Cleaning Products and Wood Preservers, all in the modality of post emergency use (application):- includes coffee culture with MRL of 0.01 mg/kg and safety security period "not determinated due to modality of use".

This Draft resolution incorporates the following changes for the active ingredient D36 - DIFENOCONAZOL (difenoconazole) from the Relation of Monographies of Active Ingredients of Pesticides, Household Cleaning Products and Wood Preservers, all in the modality of foliar use (application):- Changes the MRL of 0.3 to 0.4 mg/kg and the safety security period of 14 to 3 days for the avocado culture.

Extend the comment period for 30 days.

This Draft resolution incorporates the following changes for the active ingredient M32 – METOXIFENOZIDA (methoxyfenozide) from the Relation of Monographies of Active Ingredients of Pesticides, Household Cleaning Products and Wood Preservers, all in the modality of foliar use (application):- includes coffee culture with MRL of 0.15 mg/kg and safety security period of 7 days;- includes sugar cane culture with MRL of 0.03 mg/kg and safety security period of 60 days.
