This draft resolution establishes the technical requirements for the identification as integral and for the emphasis of integral ingredients in the labelling of food containing cereals.

This Draft resolution incorporates the following changes for the active ingredient D06 - DELTAMETRINA (deltamethrin) from the Relation of Monographies of Active Ingredients of Pesticides, Household Cleaning Products and Wood Preservers, all in the modality of foliar use (application):  -includes the avocado, kiwi, papaya, passion fruit, and mango cultures with MRL of 0,1 mg/kg and safety security period of 1 day;  -includes the persimon, star fruit, grape, and guava cultures with MRL of 0,08 mg/kg and safety security period of 1 day; -includes the quince, nectarine, loquat, and pear cultures with MRL of 0,2 mg/kg and safety security period of 5 days;  -includes the pumpkin, zucchini, chayote, and gherkin cultures with MRL of 0,03 mg/kg and safety security period of 2 days; -includes the pepper, jilo, and okra cultures with MRL of 0,06 mg/kg and safety security period of 2 days;  -includes the pea, caupi bean, and chickpea cultures with MRL of 0,5 mg/kg and safety security period of 3 days;  -changes the MRL of the peach culture from 0,04 to 0,2 mg/kg; -changes the MRL of the red pepper culture from 0,01 to 0,06 mg/kg; -includes the phrase: "for the purpose of residue definition for conformity with MRL and for the dietary risk assessment it will be considered the sum of the active ingridient deltamethrin and its isomers a-R-deltamethrin and trans-deltamethrin, expressed as deltamethrin.

This Draft resolution incorporates the following changes for the active ingredient T48 - TIAMETOXAM (thiamethoxam) from the Relation of Monographies of Active Ingredients of Pesticides, Household Cleaning Products and Wood Preservers, all in the modality of foliar and seed treatment use (application):  -changes the MRL and the safety security period of the pasture culture to "Non-food use".

This Draft resolution incorporates the following changes for the active ingredient F71 - FLORPIRAUXIFEN-BENZIL from the Relation of Monographies of Active Ingredients of Pesticides, Household Cleaning Products and Wood Preservers: -includes the corn and soya cultures with MRL of 0,01 mg/kg and safety security period "Not determined due to the modality of pre-emergency use (application)"; -exludes the coffee, citrus, kale, and tobacco cultures from the modality of post-emergency use (application); -includes the rice culture in the modality of post-emergency use (application)

This Draft resolution incorporates the following changes for the active ingredient P50 - PICOXISTROBINA (picoxystrobin) from the Relation of Monographies of Active Ingredients of Pesticides, Household Cleaning Products and Wood Preservers, all in the modality of foliar use (application):  -includes the potato culture with MRL of 0,01 mg/kg and safety security period of 1 day;  -includes the apple culture with MRL of 0,03 mg/kg and safety security period of 14 days; -includes the tomato culture with MRL of 0,04 mg/kg and safety security period of 1 day.
