This draft resolution contains provisions on sanitary requirements for vegetable oils and fats.This draft resolution aims to correct the identified inconsistency between the definition of virgin oils and the definition of virgin oils; improve the definition of compound oils and fats; clarify the framework and denomination of mixtures of vegetable oils and fats; correct inconsistencies in the denomination of hydrogenated vegetable oils and fats and standardize the terminology used to refer to the "sales denomination".
