Incorporates into the Brazilian legal system the phytosanitary requirements for Persea americana (avocado), according to country of destination and origin, for the States Parties to Mercosur.

The phytosanitary requirements for Arachis hypogaea (peanuts), according to country of destination and origin, for the States Parties to MERCOSUR, approved by Resolution MERCOSUR/GMC/RES 09/23 are incorporated into the Brazilian legal system.

ORDINANCE SDA/MAPA No 1.012, of 8 February 2024 - Establishes phytosanitary requirements for the import of pansy seeds of any origin.

ORDINANCE SDA/MAPA No. 1.011, of 8 February 2024 - Establishes the phytosanitary requirements for the import of propagative material from Dianthus spp. of any origin.

Incorporates into the Brazilian legal system the Phytosanitary Requirements for Brassica napus var. oleifera (Canola), second country of destination and origin, for the States Parties to Mercosur.

ORDINANCE SDA/MAPA No. 1.009, of 8 February 2024 - Establishes phytosanitary requirements for the import of rocket seeds (Eruca Sativa)  of any origin.

Establishes phytosanitary requirements for the import of tagentes (Tagetes spp.) seeds from Guatemala.

Phytosanitary requirements for Musa spp. (banana) for MERCOSUR States Parties.

Incorporates into the Brazilian legal system the phytosanitary requirements for Beta vulgaris subsp. vulgaris var. conditiva (horticultural beet), according to country of destination and origin, for the states parties to MERCOSUR, approved by Resolution MERCOSUR/GMC/RES. No 30/22.

The notified document establishes the phytosanitary requirements for the importation of seeds of different species, produced in several countries.
