The draft Circular provides guidelines to the implementation of some key content in Decree 39/2017/NĐ-CP dated 4 April 42017 on state management of animal feed using in livestock and aquaculture, which applied for all individuals and organizations evolving with animal feed production and trade. This draft decree shall replace Decree 202/2013/NĐ-CP dated 27 November 2013 regulating fertilizer management.The notified decree stipulates fertilizer registration, testing, production, packaging, labeling and quality control; the export/import of fertilizers; some substances or microorganisms in fertilizers that affect human health and crops.

- Amending Maximum Residues Limits (MRLs) of veterinary drugs in foods in compliance with Codex CAC/MRL 2-2015 (version updated on July 2015); - Adding banned veterinary drugs, which are not allowed to use in veterinary, fisheries and livestock of Viet Nam, to the list of veterinary drugs, which are zero tolerance MRLs in foods.

Draft National Technical regulation on the management and quality control of bovine semen, including the general term requirements, technical requirements on quality, labelling, storing, transporting, testing method, regulation on the registration and the testing of individual productivity. This draft decree specifies the state regulation relating to the conditions of trading, testing, registering, inspecting and advertising processes of animal and aquaculture feed products. The decree shall apply to organizations and individuals in the country, Vietnamese overseas, foreign organizations and individuals carrying out activities of or related to the trading, testing, registering, inspecting and advertising processes of animal and aquaculture feed products.

It regulates conditions of producing, selling, advertising, testing of food, and designates organizations to certify compliance, to conduct state inspection on food safety for imported food belonging to the responsibility of the Ministry of Health.

This circular specifies the regulation relating to the contents of labeling, testing, production, manufacture, sale, importation, circulation and quality control of veterinary drugs. This circular applies to organizations, households and individuals in the country, overseas Vietnamese, foreign organizations and individuals carrying out activities of or related to the contents of labeling, testing, production, manufacture, sale, importation, circulation and quality control of veterinary drugs. The circular includes 7 Chapters, 48 Articles and 30 Annexes of which described in detail of the requirement, forms and context and relevant documents when applying for registration of veterinary drugs.
