Draft Decree on state management on animal and aquaculture feed

This draft decree specifies the state regulation relating to the conditions of trading, testing, registering, inspecting and advertising processes of animal and aquaculture feed products.
The decree shall apply to organizations and individuals in the country, Vietnamese overseas, foreign organizations and individuals carrying out activities of or related to the trading, testing, registering, inspecting and advertising processes of animal and aquaculture feed products.
