The notified draft decree updates the phytosanitary requirements for Pinus spp (pine) for MERCOSUR member States, approved by GMC Resolution No. 12/22. It also repeals Resolution No. 69 of the Directorate-General of Agricultural Services of 28 January 2021, which incorporates MERCOSUR Common Market Group (GMC) Resolution No. 09/20 "Phytosanitary requirements for Pinus spp. (pine) according to country of destination and origin, for member States" (Repeal of GMC Resolution No. 13/18).
