The OIE has reported an outbreak of Highly Pathogenic Avian Influenza (HPAI) Serotype H5N8 in Denmark. Therefore, it is necessary for Thailand to prevent the entry of Highly Pathogenic Avian Influenza (HPAI) disease into the country. By the virtue of Animal Epidemics Act B.E. 2558 (2015), the importation of live poultry and poultry carcasses from Denmark is temporarily suspended for a period of 90 days after date of publication in the Thai Royal Gazette (16 December 2020).

The OIE has reported an outbreak of Highly Pathogenic Avian Influenza (HPAI) Serotype H5N8 in Lucciana, Haute-Corse, France. Therefore, it is necessary for Thailand to prevent the entry of Highly Pathogenic Avian Influenza (HPAI) disease into the country. By the virtue of Animal Epidemics Act B.E. 2558 (2015), the importation of live poultry and poultry carcasses from Haute-Corse, France is temporarily suspended for a period of 90 days after date of publication in the Thai Royal Gazette (16 December 2020).

According to the announcement of the Government Gazette dated 6 August 2020, the suspension for importation of live poultry and poultry carcasses from Indonesia has expired on 4 November 2020. However, the OIE reported that Highly Pathogenic Avian Influenza (HPAI) is an endemic disease in Indonesia. Therefore, it is necessary for Thailand to prevent the entry of Highly Pathogenic Avian Influenza (HPAI) disease into the country. By the virtue of Animal Epidemics Act B.E. 2558 (2015), the importation of live poultry and poultry carcasses from Indonesia is temporarily suspended for a period of 90 days after publication in the Thai Royal Gazette (15 December 2020).

According to the announcement of the Government Gazette dated 24 July 2020, the suspension for importation of live poultry and poultry carcasses from Germany has expired on 22 October 2020. However, the OIE has reported a continued outbreak of Highly Pathogenic Avian Influenza (HPAI) in the area of Germany. Therefore, it is necessary for Thailand to prevent the entry of Highly Pathogenic Avian Influenza (HPAI) disease into the country. By the virtue of Animal Epidemics Act B.E. 2558 (2015), the importation of live poultry and poultry carcasses from Germany is temporarily suspended for a period of 90 days after publication in the Thai Royal Gazette (15 December 2020).

By the virtue of Animal Epidemics Act B.E. 2558 (2015), the importation of live poultry and poultry carcasses from Cheshire, United Kingdom is temporarily suspended for a period of 90 days after date of publication in the Thai Royal Gazette (15 December 2020).

According to the announcement of the Government Gazette dated 24 July 2020, the suspension for importation of live poultry and poultry carcasses from South Africa has expired on 22 October 2020. However, the OIE has reported a continued outbreak of Highly Pathogenic Avian Influenza (HPAI) in the area of South Africa. Therefore, it is necessary for Thailand to prevent the entry of Highly Pathogenic Avian Influenza (HPAI) disease into the country. By the virtue of Animal Epidemics Act B.E. 2558 (2015), the importation of live poultry and poultry carcasses from South Africa is temporarily suspended for a period of 90 days after publication in the Thai Royal Gazette (15 December 2020).

However, the OIE has reported a continued outbreak of African Swine Fever in the area of the Lao People's Democratic Republic. Therefore, it is necessary for Thailand to prevent the entry of African Swine Fever disease into the country. By the virtue of Animal Epidemics Act B.E. 2558 (2015), the importation of live domestic and wild pigs and their carcasses from the Lao People's Democratic Republic is temporarily suspended for a period of 90 days after publication in the Thai Royal Gazette (15 December 2020).

However, the OIE has  reported a continued outbreak of African Swine Fever in area of Republic of Korea.  Therefore, it is necessary for Thailand to prevent the entry of African Swine Fever disease into the country. By the virtue of Animal Epidemics Act B.E. 2558 (2015), the importation of live domestic and wild pigs and their carcasses from Republic of Korea is temporarily suspended for a period of 90 days after publication in the Thai Royal Gazette (2 October 2020).

However, There are reported a continued outbreak of Avian Influenza (HPAI) in area of Poland. Therefore, it is necessary for Thailand to prevent the entry of Avian Influenza (HPAI) disease into the country. By the virtue of Animal Epidemics Act B.E. 2558 (2015), the importation of live poultry and poultry carcasses from Poland s temporarily suspended for a period of 90 days after publication in the Thai Royal Gazette (2 October 2020)

Following the OIE reported outbreak of Foot and Mouth Disease in South Africa, the status is  in  Suspension of "country having a FMD free zone where vaccination is not practised" status, it is necessary for Thailand to prevent the entry of Foot and Mouth Disease into the country. By the virtue of Animal Epidemics Act B.E. 2558, the importation of Cloven hoofed animals and their carcasses under Animal Epidemics Act B.E.2558 (2015) in South Africa is temporarily suspended for a period of 90 days after publication in the Thai Royal Gazette (2 October 2020).

According to the announcement of the Government Gazette dated 5 June 2020, the suspension for importation of live domestic and wild pigs and their carcasses from Bulgaria has expired on 3 September 2020. However, There are reported  a continued outbreak of African Swine Fever in area of Bulgaria. Therefore, it is necessary for Thailand to prevent the entry of African Swine Fever disease into the country. By the virtue of Animal Epidemics Act B.E. 2558 (2015), the importation of live domestic and wild pigs and their carcasses from Bulgaria is temporarily suspended for a period of 90 days after publication in the Thai Royal Gazette (2 October 2020).

By the virtue of Animal Epidemics Act B.E. 2558 (2015), the importation of live poultry and poultry carcasses from Bulgaria s temporarily suspended for a period of 90 days after publication in the Thai Royal Gazette (2 October 2020).
