Head with short and very short, rigid setae with blunt or slightly capitate tips, 0.007–0.026 mm long. Body length of apterous viviparous female 1.48–2.10 mm, head width 0.42–0.48 mm; alate viviparous female body length 1.41–1.77 mm, head width 0.39–0.45 mm; oviparous female body length 2.2 mm, head width 0.5 mm. Antennae 2.28–3.15 mm long, with antennal segment ratios: VI:III 2.04–2.50, V:III 0.80–0.91. Ultimate rostral segment 0.08–0.10 mm long. Femora III 0.49–0.73 mm, tibiae III 0.89–1.28 mm, second hind tarsal segment 0.10–0.12 mm. Siphunculi 0.26–0.46 mm long, cauda 0.16–0.25 mm long, triangular, 1.33–1.88 × its basal width, with 4–5 long pointed setae. Genital plate with 2–3 anterior, 0–4 median, and 4–8 posterior setae. Colour in life: body light green with yellowish-green head, light green thorax, green abdomen; alate with dark brown antennae and tibiae. Setae on abdominal dorsum very few, very short, rigid, blunt or slightly capitate, 0.004–0.008 mm long; abdominal tergite VIII with 5–7 moderately capitate setae, without sclerotised bar.
