Mycelial plugs (6 mm diameter) from the edge of 7-day-old colony of Alternaria longipes strain CGMCC3.209931 was transferred to conical flask with PDB, and shaked at 180 r/min, 25C in darkness. Mycelia treated with berberine EC50 for 12 h were collected and washed twice with sterile water, then were ground into fine powder under the protection of liquid nitrogen.
