Head smooth; ocellus present or absent. Antenna ciliate; scape dark brown on dorsal surface, white on ventral surface. Labial palpus with third segment about one-third to half length of second; second segment about twice length of eye diameter. Forewing slightly narrowed basally, broadened distally before narrowly pointed apex, termen truncate; ground colour dark yellowish-brown with scattered dark brown scales; narrow dark brown fascia from costal four-fifths length to before tornus, arched outward slightly; R4 and R5 long stalked, R3 separated or stalked with R4+R5, M2 close to M3, CuA1 and CuA2 short stalked, CuP absent, 1A+2A forked basally. Hindwing with M1 arising from middle of Rs, M3 and CuA1 short stalked, CuP absent, 1A+2A not forked basally. Male mesothorax with a hair pencil from anepisternum. Hindleg dark brown on outer surface, femur yellowish white on inner surface, tibia with basal half yellowish brown, distal half blackish brown on inner surface; tarsus yellow, tinged with dark brown on outer surface.
