Morphological Features

Apterous viviparous female: body length not specified. Antennae shorter than body length, without secondary rhinaria in apterae. Rostrum long, sometimes reaching abdominal tergite IV; ultimate rostral segment elongated wedge-shaped. Siphunculus mostly clavate, swollen distally, sometimes long cylindrical not swollen, with distinct flange and imbrications. Cauda conical, mostly with 4–6 setae, sometimes with 5–9 setae. Abdominal tergite VIII with a distinct supra-caudal process, elongate conical, conical, or triangular, as long as or longer than antennal tubercle, possessing two setae distally.
