Morphological Features
Body length not specified. Pronotum, head, and rostrum black, the latter reddish at the very apex; mandibles reddish. Frons flat, as wide as rostrum at base, well separated from vertex, with rather dense punctation. Vertex convex, with sparse and fine punctation, almost absent posteriorly. Rostrum very long, exceeding pronotum by 25–35%, slightly curved, inclined downward and continuing the curvature of the frons. Pronotum slightly longer than wide, sides weakly rounded on the basal two-thirds, strongly narrowed anteriorly.
