Morphological Features

Antennal segment III with a uniquely elongate pedicel, the most reliable character for identification. Ocellar setae III situated near external margins of ocellar triangle. Metanotum with median setae long, almost reaching posterior margin. Fore wings dark, slightly paler at base. Abdominal tergite VIII with complete posteromarginal comb, microtrichia 9–12 µm long.
