PRJNA561752 SRX6756651 SRP219217 insect RNA-Seq of Bactericera trigonica Total RNA after Dnase I treatment was enriched for mRNA by oligo (dT) beads and fragmented in fragmentation buffer. Second strand cDNA was synthesized using random hexamers, purified and resolved with EB buffer for end preparation and single nucleotide (adenine) addition. The fragments were then connected with paired-end adapters and PCR amplified. Qualitative and quantitative assessment of the library was analyzed using Agilent 2100 Bioanaylzer and ABI StepOnePlus Real-Time PCR System, respectively. The library was then sequenced using Illumina HiSeq 4000.
