Morphological Features
Small-sized moth; forewing length 3.51–4.16 mm in males, 3.12–4.68 mm in females. Ground color yellowish-cream with a light pinkish hue, apparently similar in both sexes. Hind wing color pattern with black scales of the median fascia and subterminal pattern varying in number and arrangement. Male with a costal fold on the hind wings, abdominal scent organs on the sixth abdominal sternum, and a very large aedeagus.
