Adult. Body yellowish, with dorsal sclerites of head, thorax, abdomen and wing pads dark brown. Head subtrapezoidal, 1.3–1.7 times as broad as long, anterior margin straight or concave, sparsely covered with very short setae. Antenna 10-segmented, 0.8–1.3 times as long as head width; segments 4–9 each with a single subapical rhinarium; segment 10 with two terminal setae, one as long as segment and one 1.2–1.6 times as long as segment. Forewings transparent, with brown cloudy pattern consisting of a zig-zag line along outer wing-margin and around apex of vein Cu1b, and dark brown spots on veins; ovate, elongated, 2.6–3.2 times as long as head width, 2.3–2.8 times as long as wide; surface spinules forming cellular pattern, present in all cells and reaching veins. Hindwings whitish or transparent. Metatibia 0.8–0.9 times as long as head width, with an open crown of 10–12 sclerotised stout spurs apically. Male proctiger cylindrical, 0.4–0.8 times as long as head width, anterior margin convex, covered with long setae in apical two thirds. Female proctiger 0.7–0.8 times as long as head width, dorsal margin concave or sinuate with a median hump in apical half, truncate or narrowly rounded apically, bearing moderately long and short setae. Paramere 0.7–0.8 as long as proctiger, narrowly lamellar, gradually tapering in apical third, slightly bent backwards, with a slender pointed posterior lobe shorter than anterior lobe. Distal segment of aedeagus strongly expanded or dilated in apical two thirds. Subgenital plate subglobular or subtriangular, subacute apically. Marginal lanceolate setae moderately long, slender and truncate, present on forewing pad (8–12), hindwing pad (4–6) and caudal plate (7–13 each side). Caudal plate dorsally with numerous small pointed lanceolate setae.
