Morphological Features

Both sexes: eye bridge reduced to a sclerotized stripe without ommatidia; ocelli present; antennae long, 4th flagellomere with length/width index about 3.0, neck 1/3 length of basal node; palpus one-segmented, spotlight-like, apically truncate, with sensillae and a large terminal sensory pit; postpronotum with a few hairs; fore tibia with indistinct bristles; spurs on mid and hind tibiae short; in males wings shortened differently, venation aberrant.
