Eteoryctis syngramma

Adult male: body length 8.72 mm. Antenna 0.78 mm, filiform and slender, greyish fuscous, longer than abdomen, scape slightly thickened apically without tuft. Head 0.5 mm, face covered with pearly white and fuscous scales. Labial palpi 0.92 mm, basal segment dirty white. Middle leg 1.26 mm with two unequal long spurs at distal end, length of spur three fourth of basitarsus. Forewing dorsally with moderate white silvery streak from base to tornus, posterior fourth forming a semioval expansion reaching across wing with straight edge; round apex white, with a grey bar below apex and a black hook shape marking at apex. Hindwing upperside dark neutral grey with fringes. Abdomen dorsum greyish fuscous, ventral surface white, dark fuscous at intersegmental region. Male genitalia: uncus with blunt apex, slight depression medially; valva symmetrical, apex densely setose with fine setae along ventral margin.
