Haritalodes derogata, the cotton leaf roller or okra leaf roller, is a species of moth of the family Crambidae. It was described by Johan Christian Fabricius in 1775. It is widely distributed. Records include the Comoros, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Ghana, Mali, R union, Madagascar, the Seychelles, South Africa, the Gambia, Australia, Fiji, Papua New Guinea, Samoa, the Solomon Islands, the Andaman Islands, Bali, India, Sri Lanka, Malaysia, Myanmar, Singapore, Sri Lanka, Vietnam, China and Japan. It is sometimes encountered in Europe, due to accidental import. The wingspan is 28 C40 mm.

Morphological Features
Adult body length 12.6±0.05 mm in males and 13±0.03 mm in females; wingspan 25.6±0.18 mm in males and 27.4±0.14 mm in females. Another study reports male length 11.48±0.70 mm and female length 13.79±0.53 mm, with wings expanded male 22.27±0.67 mm and female 28.12±1.42 mm. The moth habitus corresponds to the detailed description given in Kumar et al. (not provided here).
