RNAseq of Polionemobius taprobanens

Living insects were frozen at -80 degree for further use. Total RNA was independently extracted from each sample using Trizol Reagent (Invitrogen Life Technologies). Construction of the cDNA library and paired-end RNA-seq (Illumina) were carried out by Shanghai Personal Biotechnology Cp. Ltd.

RNA-seq data of female individuals of Dianemobius fascipes.

A mixed sample of whole female individuals with the digestive tract removed was used for RNA extraction. RNA sequencing libraries were constructed with the MGIEasy RNA Library Preparation Kit (MGI, 1000005274). The libraries were sequenced on the DNBSEQ-T7RS platform, generating 150 bp paired-end reads.
