Pandeleteius

Body length 3.3–3.7 mm (female). Cuticle pale golden brown; entire body covered with bright metallic green, pale blue, and pearlescent scales. Rostrum about as long as wide, sides subparallel; dorsal surface with medial line impressed from interantennal line to frons. Sides of epistoma glabrous, tapering to point at frons. Antennal club about twice as long as wide, segments somewhat loose; scape reaching middle of eye; funicle with antennomeres 1 and 2 subequal. Eyes moderately strongly convex. Pronotum with large foveae separated by more than own diameter; distinct cluster of pale golden postocular vibrissae arising from unmodified margin. Prothorax about as long as wide, with distinct basal and apical constrictions, sides gently rounded. Procoxae of females separated by distance approximately equal to width of antennal club. Elytra subcylindrical, 2.9–3.0 times longer than pronotum; intervals 3, 5, and 7 very slightly wider; setae very fine, completely arched, uniserial, longer on sutural interval at declivity. Fore tibia slender, feebly bowed, inner edge with 5–8 small teeth; protibia of both sexes slightly to distinctly curved, inner edge with fine setae each longer than width of protibia (male) or shorter (female). Ventrite 5 2.0 times as wide as long, apex truncate-emarginate, apical fourth without scales.
