Dargida

Adult. Head from light brown to brown, slightly darker ventrally. Antennae dorsally light brown; male with tiny ventral chemoreceptive trichoid sensilla, about 1/5 as long as antennal segment width, and four transversal rows of lateral chemoreceptive trichoid sensilla (fascicles) almost 1/2 as long as antennal segment width. Tegulae, thorax, and legs gradually turning light brown posteriorly. Forewing narrow, long; male length 14.9–15.8 mm, female 16.9 mm; ground color light brown, with grayish brown scales covering all veins; brown strike at both sides of CuA; veins R4–CuA2 surrounded by a thin white band. Hindwing not described. Abdomen ochre, slightly darker than dorsal thorax, with a black thin line along pleura. Male genitalia: uncus cylindrical, slightly longer than tegumen, anterior half upturned and smooth, distal half flattened dorso-ventrally, elongated drop-shaped, 0.6 times as long as wide, densely setose dorsally and ventrally; valva about six times as long as wide, dorsal margin strongly concave at middle, ventral margin slightly convex; cucullus 1/3 length of valva, dorsal and ventral margins strongly concave, distal half anvil-shaped, corona uniseriate, four ventral setae wider and strongly sclerotized, two ventralmost tooth-like; aedeagus thick, as long as valva, sinuous in lateral view; carina smooth, about 1/4 aedeagus length, with a short pointed dorsal projection; vesica tube-like, slightly widened in middle, with a kidney-like dorso-lateral diverticulum near base, a small ventral diverticulum, and a third dorso-lateral diverticulum, bearing 10 large cornuti and about 30 smaller ones. Female genitalia: ductus bursae as long as 2/3 of bursa copulatrix, posterior 2/3 sclerotized; corpus bursae uniformly spherical, 2/5 as long as bursa copulatrix, internally with minute spicules arranged in longitudinal narrow bands, bearing four lines of signa (dorsal line with four, ventral line with two, lateral lines with three).
