RNA-Seq analysis sequencing of Choristoneura rosaceana: larva head and thorax tissue (CBP00828)

RNA-Seq analysis of normal larva head and thorax tissue (CBP00828) (library ID 2-3491563), constructed from sample accession SAMN41698133 for study accession PRJNA1001970. DNA extractions were performed at the Genome Sciences Centre (Vancouver, BC, Canada) using the RNeasy kit (Qiagen). Sequencing was performed at McGill Genome Centre (Montreal, QC, Canada) using the Illumina NovaSeq 6000.
