Morphological Features

Head longer than wide, strongly reticulate, not projecting in front of eyes. Antennae 8-segmented; segment I without paired dorso-apical setae; segments III and IV each with forked sense cone. Antennal segments I–II, VI and VII brown, III–V pale yellow with light brown shade at apical 1/3, VIII yellowish brown. Mesonotum reticulate without anteromedian campaniform sensilla. Second abdominal tergite with sculptured ridges anterolaterally. Tenth abdominal segment elongate, parallel-sided. Tergite II with inner pair of setae dark, strong and long. Male tergite IX with a small median pair of setae and strong lateral setae.
